"Just prior to the holidays, I thought I lost one years worth of data in total. All three backups apparently failed. A data recovery company also could not retrieve anything from the old hard drives. My Dentrix trainer, Jamie Yanez, advised me to call Jersey Networks since they were they only certified Dentrix technicians in New Jersey. They were both on site the next day.

Because Jersey Networks knew what they were looking for, they happened to find my data on a workstation backup. As it turned out, I didn't lose any data whatsoever. I cant tell you how much relief it was for me to get my data back. What a Christmas present. Anyway, I really appreciate people who know what they are doing.
